This is a really good company that stands by their orders.  Please note that it's most frequently called Pregnyl on the website and is the SAME hCG used for injection mixtures which can also be used to mix for sublingual dosing. 

HOW MUCH TO ORDER:

Depending on how much you want to lose you need to order accordingly. 

You can figure on reducing between 10-30 lbs/10000IU vial of hCG.

For example, if you have over 100 pounds to lose you may want to order:

5 - 10000 IU  ampoule orders at once, that will take you through about

5 reduction phases (~27 day Phase 2’s)

and you'll reduce anywhere from 15 to 30 pounds each round. 

(Note: men, younger people & heavier people reduce more). 

I suggest following the first reduction Phase 2 with

3 weeks of Phase 3 (no starches or sugars) &

MINIMUM 3 weeks Phase 4 (slowly add starches & sugars, but continue to maintain +/-2 lbs of LDW(Last Dose Weight)).

After the first round (Phase 2, 3, &4), I am now recommending Phase 4 for all rounds as I have come to believe that it is needed to keep from having problems in subsequent rounds.  There is a psychological deprivation factor when one reduces too quickly and without a P4, as well as greater difficulty learning to adjust to the lower calorie intake required to maintain the new weight when it is so much less than the last time one ate 'normally'.  Therefore, you will do best to plan on Phase 4 increasing with each round as Simeons suggests in his treatise 'Pounds and Inches'. 

Your 10000 IU ampoules will last approximately 27 days, therefore you will be using 1 ampoule per Phase 2 reduction phase.  This means you will be mixing once per phase, .

Note: it's cheaper to get the hCG for all your rounds at once since you pay the same amount for shipping and handling (about $30).  Then you'll have a good supply and you won't have to worry about FDA and Customs once you get it.

MIXING

If you want 333 IU daily from a

5000 IU ampoule:

	Find a clean, cleared area and set out all of your mixing supplies: hCG, SL B12, Sheepra Silver, Filter needle, Ampoule opener, 1 ml Syringe, 35 ml syringe,
	Dispose of the Bacteriostatic Water.  It is for use in mixing injections while Colloidal Silver (CS) & Sublingual B12 result in a far superior mixture for Sublingual (SL) Dosing purposes.
	Open the ampoule.  This is done better with the ampoule opener because the ampoule itself is a little glass bottle similar in shape to a milk bottle. It breaks easily at the small of it, but with the ampoule opener you have less of a possibility of having glass shatter, which injures many health professionals every year. NOTE: if you have a rubber sealed vial instead of an all glass ampoule, you may skip this step and simply remove the plastic cap from the vial.
	To prepare for adding liquid to mixing vial, make sure you withdraw 15 ml air from the bottle first or it will be very difficult to put liquid in.
	Draw 1 ml of Colloidal Silver with the 1 ml syringe.
	Gently add CS to the vial and swirl it just a little to make sure it mixes. (don’t shake!)  NOTE: When adding liquid to the hCG or to the sealed amber vial, make sure you gently add it to the side of the bottle so it flows or the product will foam making it difficult to draw up first dose if you plan to do that immediately.
	Take the large syringe (e.g., 35 ml) and put the filter needle on it to draw the hCG out of the ampoule.  NOTE: This step is not necessary when using hCG  that arrives in rubber sealed, sterile vials rather than ampoules.
	Remove the filter needle (DISCARD in an approved container) and put on a regular needle.
	Add the contents of the syringe to an empty 30 ml Amber Sealed Sterile bottles. (HINT: When adding or withdrawing liquid to the mixing vial, avoid inserting the needle in the center of the rubber stopper so that area will be available for withdrawing your last dose from the bottle)
	Using the 35 ml syringe, withdraw 13 ml more of Colloidal Silver into the syringe and add to the 30ml vial with the hCG.
	Shake the bottle of SL B12.
	Withdraw 1 ml of Sublingual B12 into the syringe and add to the 30ml vial with the hCG.

You will then have 15ml of hCG mixture. You will take 1/2 ml twice daily sublingually, which will be 166iu per dose.

This will result in approximately 15 days of doses though actually usually less due to variances in dosing, mixing & the way hCG combines with solvent of doses.

Store in the refrigerator toward the top and back, but shielded from the light bulb.  Do not store on the door as the temperature fluctuations resulting are not optimal for maintaining potency of the solution.

To clean the syringes, I simply remove the needles & hold the syringes & needles under the Reverse Osmosis water faucet on my sink and run water through them, then lay them out on a clean paper towel & allow to air dry with a paper towel over the top of them to keep dust & such off while drying.  The vials should be thrown away after you have used up all the mixture.  The dosing syringe should last about a week before you will want to toss it, after which the numbers start to rub off and the needle may get bent.

 

If you have 10000 IU:

Do everything the same except you will withdraw

	29 ml Colloidal Silver total (1.0 ml to reconstitute hCG +28 ml to add to mixture)
	1.0 ml B12

 This will only last approximately 25-28 days. 

 

If you have 1500 IU:

Do everything the same except you will withdraw

	3.5 ml Colloidal Silver total (1.0 ml to reconstitute hCG +2.5 ml to add to mix)
	1.0 ml B12

 This will only last through around 3-4 days.  For this reason I advise that you mix 2 of the 1500 IU amps at one time so you can double the time before having to go through mixing again. 

Mixing Formula (Sublingual (SL)):

(hCG IU purchased)/(Mixture IU Desired)=Total ml solvent/liquid to use in mix

For example:

5000 IU purchased/333 IU per ml desired=15 ml total liquid needed to dissolve hCG

Although it was initially thought that the B12 contributes to sublingual absorption of the mixture, it really doesn't seem to make a significant difference. I like to use it because it colors the mixture, making it easier to read when dosing. It may help absorption a bit, but there is no evidence that folks using less in the mix do any better. So, in my humble opinion, it is a matter of personal preference how much one uses. The original recipe concocted by 'gloria' of HCGDieters forum did use a large amount, and I began by using that same ratio. However, I experimented with lower amounts, as have many others, and have found nothing to indicate that the amount used is critical in any way.

Sublingual (SL) DosingTechnique:  

SL isn't a terribly difficult technique. 

Using your 1 ml syringe:

Pull the syringe plunger back to draw .5 ml of air.

Insert needle into top of vial containing mixture & press plunger to inject air into the vial.

Pull plunger out to draw .5 ml (or cc, they are the same), if you have used my recipe, into the syringe.

Withdraw the needle from the vial.

If you have a removable needle, pull or screw the needle off of the syringe. 

If not, please use great care to look into a mirror while dosing so as to avoid sticking the needle into your lips, mouth or tongue.

It's really easy to just squirt the tiny amount of hCG mixture into your mouth under your tongue using the syringe & needle.  Even if you stuck yourself, which is highly unlikely, it isn't going to hurt you as it is fairly sterile and would at most scratch the surface.  If you don't want to do it that way, you can get a medicine dropper at your local pharmacy and squirt the mixture into that through the little hole at the bottom, keeping the glass tube of the dropper horizontal so that it will not run out or deep into the rubber bulb, then squirt it into your mouth with that.
But I really think you will find that you can easily just skip that extra step and squirt it from the syringe.  Let me know what you decide to do & how it goes for you. I am quite a perfectionist myself and blew this way out of proportion initially, but have since realized there was no need as it isn't a great big deal after all:)  

Now, You simply squirt the contents of your syringe or dropper into your mouth under your tongue and hold it there while it is absorbed. 

As you salivate while holding the hCG mix under your tongue, don't swallow it, but hold it in your mouth as well.  It shouldn't become a quantity too great to hold in your mouth, so don't worry about that.  If it does, then you may swallow a bit of it.  If it doesn't all stay under your tongue the entire time, no worries!  In fact, it turns out that the area between cheek & gum also absorbs sublingually, so I reckon that's how chewing tobacco works! 

If there isn't much left under your tongue should you peek, that is probably because much of it was absorbed through the membranes there, which is the mechanism by which SL works.  You will see that it is working, I feel certain of it!  Just do your best and if it's in your mouth for a few minutes with most of it under your tongue, it's going to work.  Personally, being a tad bit of a perfectionist, I keep it under my tongue for 20 minutes, but I have heard tell of folks only going for 5 and doing just fine!  You will do this twice daily, preferably as close to 12 hours apart as possible.

I hope this helps you. You will go through some cleansing periods and may get scared, but don't give up.  Cleansing periods go away within a day or 2, serious symptoms don't, and that’s how you can tell the difference. Don't let your jitters scare you away from this cure.
